About Us:
Phillips Brothers Real Estate is a real estate investing company located in Alpharetta. We are small team of 9 people. We have a great work environment, and our team is essentially a 2nd family for each of our employees. Our company is focused on flipping single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in- house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. We are currently in a period of strong and healthy growth. In 2024 we did $25 million in revenue and in 2025 we did $35 million in revenue.

Job Description:
We are looking to add a Performance Marketing Manager that does well in a team environment. This person is key within the organization, as they will be responsible for building, implementing, and managing our entire online advertising strategy. He/she will own the full digital channel, from ad creation to lead handoff. At the highest level, this person’s sole responsibility is to deploy advertising capital and make sure that the
company is achieving its target return on the capital deployed. They will also be responsible for building out a system for easily tracking KPI’s. We should be able to always see key metrics such as ad spend, campaign performance, leads generated, leads closed, and anything else that the company may use to make high-level decisions. This person may also be responsible for other generic marketing activities, such as creating social media posts, creating mail piece designs, team content, and maintaining our website.
Essential day-to-day duties include:
– Designing ads
– Testing various campaigns across Google, Facebook, and possibly others
– Maintaining website
– Monitoring ad spend
– Monitoring active campaigns
– Tracking KPI’s
– Assist with direct mail marketing campaign
– Ensuring that all leads are quickly and cleanly funneled to the sales team
Expectations:
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for deploying a $250,000 annual marketing budget while maintaining an average cost per deal under $5,000. They will have all resources needed to be successful. If not, we want them to speak up and let us know! We are very reasonable and will always listen to what an employee has to say, and we want to make sure every employee has everything they need to
have a great career. We will also have clean and clear quarterly benchmarks that will discuss in the interview process.
Pay Structure: The pay range for this position is between $80,000 and $140,000. The Performance Marketing Manager will be paid a base salary and will also have the opportunity to receive a metric-based bonus. Bonus is paid if all agreed-upon metrics are achieved. The metrics will be simple and clear. Our promise is that there will be no ambiguity and no “bonus paid at manager’s discretion.” The bonus is simply something
that is guaranteed if all metrics are hit!
