Phone Call
We can get everything we need to be able to make an offer from a quick 15 to 30 minute phone call.

site visit
Once we agree on price, we will come out and take a look at the home. This usually takes 30-60 minutes.
You get paid at closing, and we can close whenever you want.

Review process
The closing attorney will gather some basic info as well as instructions on where to send your money! This only takes a few minutes to complete, and then we are ready to schedule the closing.

Closing!
We specialize in purchasing homes that we can renovate and put back into the community, typically for first-time home buyers. We have purchased close to 300 homes ourselves, meaning we have provided great opportunities for nearly 300 families.

The industry is littered with Big Box Buyers who are really more like Real Estate Arbitrageurs. A lot of homeowners don’t realize this, but in many cases, these “Homebuyers” are unlicensed professionals who aren’t even buying your home!
