We can get everything we need to be able to make an offer from a quick 15 to 30 minute phone call.

Once we agree on price, we will come out and take a look at the home. This usually takes 30-60 minutes.

The closing attorney will gather some basic info as well as instructions on where to send your money! This only takes a few minutes to complete, and then we are ready to schedule the closing.

You get paid at closing, and we can close whenever you want.
