We recently worked on this Athens home and watched it come to life. The previous owner had gone through a tough time, facing foreclosure and having to sell the house quickly. It was clear that the place had seen a lot of struggles, but there was something about it that made us feel like it could have a fresh start. We put in the work, giving it a new life with fresh paint, updated floors, and a complete makeover in areas such as the kitchen and bathroom. We didn’t just want to renovate the space—we wanted to honor the past while creating something new.  It felt like a way of offering not only the house a second chance but also building upon the foundation and memories that the owner had created there.
